Before the Massage

There are stairs to access the treatment space, unfortunately the space is not wheelchair accessible at this time.
There is no waiting room, please avoid arriving more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
Please complete the intake form before your initial appointment.
24 hours notice is required when canceling appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. The first short notice cancellation charge will be 50% of the treatment price, all subsequent short notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment price. You can cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, please send me an email.
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. When you are on the treatment table, there will be blankets and draping to keep you feeling covered and secure. If you prefer to wear clothing during your massage I recommend loose fitting athletic clothes (sweatpants or shorts and a t-shirt).
If you are running late, please send me an email to let me know. Being late may impact the length of your treatment.
No direct billing, though most insurance companies offer the ability for clients to pay and submit their invoice for reimbursement.

During the Massage

There can be some discomfort during or after a massage treatment, but a massage should not cause pain. I will check in with you regularly during treatment to ensure that you are comfortable. If you are in pain during or after your treatment please let me know so we can make adjustments to your treatment.
The initial appointment will include a brief assessment and conversation around preferences, goals and expectations, followed by an initial treatment.
Yes! This is your massage, during your massage, my top priority is your comfort.
I will leave the treatment room to allow privacy while you get onto the treatment table. Your personal information will not be shared.
