Whether you are a busy professional, an athlete, retired or in school. I can tailor a massage to your needs. My approach usually uses a variety of fascial techniques with some General Swedish Massage.
I treat people who are curious about how to live in their bodies with reduced pain and stress and who are excited to feel empowered in their healing journeys.
